Invite The Whole State To Run: Check
End With A Giant Party: Check

Well, this one was big. We Mean BIG!!! This was one of the largest events we have ever done. It took us 20 hours from start to finish, a crew of about 15 people working round the clock, 5 generators, 6 different speakers systems, giant inflatables, and every LED in our arsenal. And It ROCKED!!!

The weather was absolutely perfect, the runners were stretched out, and the 5k was epic. We had at least 1,500 people running in the event, and roughly 5,000 people attend for the after party. We had an incredible time with a lot of friends, and when everything was said and done, it was a night we will look back on with fondness. It was an incredible event and we were happy to be a part of it. A special thanks to Gurus Cafe, Provo Live, and The Electro Dash family. Check out some links below for more information.

We're The BEST Karaoke In Utah Valley!

We just wanted to thank everyone who went on the website and voted for us. We really do enjoy working in Utah County, and even though we have done hundreds of events outside the walls of Happy Valley, we always come back to the power and the spirit that resonates with this community. We feel so loved and appreciated, and want to show our gratitude to you folks.

Oddly enough, you should note that the results from this year include a show from Pizza Pie Cafe in Provo and a show at Applebee's in Orem. We started both of those shows from the ground up and built them to be the kind of shows you would tell your friends to come to. We stopped doing the show at Applebee's a while back for mutual reasons, and the Pizza Pie Cafe show stopped a few months back. It's interesting to note the fact that we have been represented in the voting and awards for the Best Karaoke since the beginning of the awards, but this is the first year that we have specifically be represented by name. We know that this won't be the last year we are in the running, and appreciate all the support we have been given to get this far. It has been a legacy built upon starting with DJ's first, and then Karaoke service, focusing on the production part of the show, using the best equipment available, and always keeping things fresh!

Concerning the future of Rock The Mic Entertainment, we are expanding into all sorts of markets, including live productions, concerts, massive parties, corporate events, and large festivals. You should add us on facebook and twitter to see our upcoming events! We got lots of things in the works!

Are There Any Super Heroes In Utah County?
The answer is an astounding "YES!"
We were absolutely blown away by the amount of people that came to support this wonderful cause. While they are in their 3rd year of this ever-growing event, this was our first year running the main stage & sound for the event.

From the official website, the heart-warming description of the event is as follows:
"Shortly following the loss of her husband Craig Perry to colorectal cancer in 2011, Marsha Perry and good friend Rich Hart, owner of Elevate Fitness & Rehab began thinking of ways to remember Craig and to carry on his kindness and love for others (The Perry family motto is “Love, Play, Live, Pray” a theme you’ll see throughout the event). Together, Rich and Marsha came up with the Elevate 5K, a charity race that would benefit local families who were battling cancer. The first race was held in 2012 and has continued to grow each year."

And in their 3rd year, we must say that this event is something that you don't want to miss. They brought in face painters, massage therapists, food trucks and bounce houses. They had many sponsors who have donated every year and make sure that this wonderful gathering gets the support that it deserves. When we asked to help out, we knew that we would be adding to the grandeur of the event, and having the main stage and adequate sound system was something that the organizers knew was missing. We were ecstatic to make a difference and enjoy the beauty of the battle that still pushes forward and will perpetually, until we find the cure for these terrible diseases.

We must say that watching hundreds of "Super-Heros" crossing the finish line, pushing themselves to fight through the exhaustion and pain in their battle against cancer, was something that we won't soon forget. We want to thank and honor the the 6 benefactors and their families who will be receiving all of the proceeds from this event. We even had The Orem City Mayor, Mayor Brunst, come and join in the festivities!

We plan on being there supporting this cause every year that they have it, because we know that this organization is truly making a difference in the lives of others. Thanks again, Marsha and Rich, for allowing us to take part in such a momentous event!
